From the March 2026 lows near 21,900, the DAX has built a clean rising parallel channel on the 4H chart. The channel has been well-respected across more than eight weeks, each pullback finding support on the lower trendline, each surge meeting resistance at the upper band. Price touched the channel upper trendline near 25,400 in early May before sellers stepped in and has since pulled back to the channel midline area, where it currently consolidates.

What is the Visible Range Volume Profile (VRVP)?

The VRVP plots how much volume traded at each price level across the visible chart range. Unlike standard volume bars (which show volume per candle), VRVP shows where the price spent the most time and where the most contracts changed hands. The Point of Control (POC) is the single price level with the highest traded volume, the most important level on a volume profile chart. High Volume Nodes (HVNs) act as magnets and support/resistance zones. Low Volume Nodes (LVNs) are price gaps where moves accelerate quickly because few contracts are held there.

Technical Analysis

The VRVP shows visibly larger red (bear) bars between 24,800 and 25,200; this is a High-Volume Node dominated by sell-side activity. This is where the May rally ran into sellers and reversed. That supply has not been absorbed. Any rally from the current POC toward 24,800 will re-enter this zone, and the sellers who placed orders there are still positioned. A close above 25,200 on strong bull volume would be the signal that the supply is finally being consumed. Until then, 24,800 is the ceiling that matters most.

RSI at 62.40 with the signal line at 46.71 presents a sharp bullish cross; the RSI line is 15.69 points above its signal, one of the widest gaps in this direction seen on the chart. This configuration, following a low near 30 (the May 15–16 selloff), mirrors the pattern that launched the prior bull legs in the channel: RSI collapses to near-oversold, then crosses sharply above its signal as the next wave begins. The RSI is not yet overbought, which means there is momentum room to push toward the 24,800-supply zone before any mechanical reversal signal fires.
